At HamersFitness, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help!
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.
2. Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Visit our website and go to the "Returns" section.
- Fill out the return form with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
